In a significant show of confidence and recognition of his leadership and commitment to national development, the Renewed Hope Agenda Continuity Marshals (REHACMA) has officially appointed Senator Mohammed Tahir Monguno as its Patron.
The appointment was announced during the organisation’s National Launch held in Abuja, where the distinguished senator served as the Chairman of the Occasion.
The event, held under the inspiring theme “Youths as Partners in National Building,” brought together youth leaders, stakeholders, and supporters of the Renewed Hope Agenda from across the country. The gathering reaffirmed the crucial role of young people in shaping Nigeria’s present and future.
While addressing the audience, Senator Monguno, who represents Borno North Senatorial District and serves as the Chief Whip of the Senate, highlighted the importance of youth participation in governance, policy development, and nation-building. He noted that the strength of any nation lies in the creativity, energy, and commitment of its young population.
Sen MT Monguno further commended the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Sen Kashim Shettima for prioritising youth inclusion in governance and providing opportunities for young Nigerians to contribute meaningfully to national development. According to him, the Renewed Hope Agenda has opened a new chapter of inclusive governance where the voices and aspirations of the youth are increasingly reflected in national policies and decision-making processes.
The senator encouraged members of REHACMA and Nigerian youths in general to remain patriotic, responsible, and committed to supporting initiatives that promote peace, unity, and sustainable development throughout the country.
The appointment of Senator Monguno as Patron of REHACMA is widely seen as a strategic move that will further strengthen the organisation’s mission of mobilising young Nigerians to support and sustain the Renewed Hope Agenda while actively participating in the process of national transformation.
